Clinic Services
The Lafayette County Health Department offers immunizations to adults and children.
The clinic schedule is down below.
Schedule
- Every Monday from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. If Monday is a Holiday, then clinic is held on Tuesday from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
- The 4th Tuesday of each month from 8:30 - 7:00 p.m.
- The 2nd, 4th, and 5th Wednesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- The 1st Thursday of each month from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
No appointment is needed, but an Immunization record is required. Lafayette County Health Department requests $5.00 per person to cover costs of immunization supplies. If you participate in Medicaid, please present your card prior to receiving services. No one is denied services due to inability to pay.
