Clinic Services
The Lafayette County Health Department offers immunizations to adults and children.
The clinic schedule is down below.
Schedule
- Every Monday from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
- Every Wednesday form 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- The Last Tuesday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Non-clinic days are by appointment only.
Immunization records are required. Lafayette County Health Department requests $5.00 per person to cover costs of immunization supplies. If you participate in Medicaid, please present your card prior to receiving services. No one is denied services due to inability to pay.
